Procedures
Filler treatments help to replace that depleting volume that occurs as we age. Restylane and Juvederm are hyaluronic acid fillers. This molecule is naturally produced in our body. It plumps up and hydrates our skin, as well as provide cushioning between our joints.
Microneedling is a procedure where a pencil like device with pulsating needles is used on the surface of your skin to create micro-injuries. This induces the body to repair the skin by making new collagen. The procedure is gentle and safe for all skin types. It can be used to treat facial wrinkles, skin rejuvenation, acne scars, and atrophic surgical scars.
Botox and Dysport is used to eliminate facial and neck wrinkles, to treat migraines, to reduce excessive sweat, to treat bruxism or teeth grinding, and to slim the jaw muscles. It works by reducing muscle activity in the area where it is injected. The results lasts about 3 to 4 months depending on the treatment area and the skin condition.
PRP uses the platelets in your own blood to induce healing, generate growth factors, and create new circulation to the skin. PRP can be used to treat stretch marks, acne scars, surgical scars, wrinkles, skin rejuvenation, and hair loss.
Sculptra is an injection procedure using a molecule called lactic acid. Over time, it gradually induces your body to make collagen. Sculptra is used in the face, décolletage, and buttocks to add volume, support, and lift to the area. The results are long lasting, natural and profound.
Chemical peels are a common skin procedure to remove superficial dull, dead skin. We offer mild to moderate level chemical peels to treat acne, fine lines, large pores, melasma, and sun spots. We recommend that chemical peels are repeated once a month to address skin concerns or twice a year for maintenance.
Pre & post procedures
How to Prepare
Do not drink alcohol or take blood thinners, including herbal supplements, for 3-5 days before your treatment.
During my Treatment
This product is administered via a needle through multiple injections. The treatment area is first cleansed with an antiseptic solution. An anesthetic numbing cream or ice may be used to reduce the discomfort of the injection. Multiple injections will be made to the treatment area, depending on the site, depth of deformity, and the technique
used.
After my Treatment Procedures
The treated area may be swollen, pink, and possibly bruised. Ice or a cool compress may be applied on the site for 5 to 10 minutes at a time.
Wash your skin with cool water. Avoid all abrasive products and treatments. You may apply moisturizer and mineral sunblock SPF 30+ after the treatment.
Return in 2 to 3 weeks so we can follow up on your results. Additional product may be necessary to achieve the desired level of correction. Deep lines may need 2 treatment sessions.
